Education – Redcliffe initiative

May 2017

Mission college Redcliffe, which was set up in 1892 for aspiring female missionaries, has created 25 scholarships to help underprivileged students. The scholarships will help students, men and women, who are studying on the blended MA programmes in Contemporary missiology, Global leadership, and Member care.

Aimed at enabling students working in self-supported, charitable or individual ministries without a large training budget, these scholarships are designed to help students to start programmes they might otherwise have felt were out-of-reach.

With a recently established teaching hub in Oceania, and a North American winter school planned for November this year, Redcliffe hope these scholarships will help mobilise those in ministries and NGOs across the globe to lifelong learning.
