Christianity Explored

UK sales of handbooks of the new, 3rd edition of Christianity Explored have topped 37,000 in the 12 months to July 2012. A statement from Christianity Explored said this is more than double the comparable figure for the previous year, which was just over 18,000.
Sales of the Christianity Explored DVD also received a major boost from the new edition. Worldwide sales recently surged way past the 8,000 mark, with more than 4,400 bought in the UK and almost 4,000 snapped up in the US, Australia and the rest of the world.
Ian Roberts, chief executive of Christianity Explored, commented: ‘We are absolutely thrilled by this rate of growth. It undoubtedly reflects the success and popularity of the new edition, in which the course was shortened from ten sessions to seven and the DVD completely re-shot in a more modern, up-to-date format’.
He said that, since it was first launched, Christianity Explored has been the catalyst through which tens of thousands of people, of all ages, classes, races and educational achievements have come to faith — both in the UK and, increasingly, abroad.
Mr Roberts added: ‘We trust that this trend is set to continue strongly in the months and years to come’.
