Parents will continue to be banned from protesting outside a school in opposition to new LGBT lessons, following a decision by the High Court.
An exclusion zone will remain around Anderton Park school, in Birmingham. Campaigners have accused the city council of trying to silence debate.
Many parents are concerned the lessons are not ‘age appropriate’ and do not respect the religious backgrounds of the children’s families.
The city council had also sought to restrict certain statements being made on social media, but this application was rejected by the court.
