Dr John H. Peet is travelling secretary for the Biblical Creation Society in the United Kingdom. He holds a B.Sc. with
honours and an M.Sc. in chemistry from the University of Nottingham, and a Ph.D. in photochemistry from Wolverhampton
Polytechnic. Dr Peet, who is a fellow of the Royal Society of Chemistry, has served in higher education for 22 years with
2 years’ service as international development manager for science education projects. He was formerly Science Coordinator,
Guildford College of Further and Higher Education.
He is the author of two textbooks and a number of research papers in chemistry and science education.
He is also the author of the book In the Beginning God Created, and serves as the editor of the journal Origins.
