Matt was born and brought up in Gloucester and became a Christian when he was 9 years old. He studied at ‘Wales
Evangelical School of Theology’ before moving to the Philippines in 2003.For the first few years there Matt worked
with a church in the heart of Metro Manila and was part of a team working with the many homeless people in the area.
He then moved outside of Manila to work with a church in San Pedro helping with preaching, teaching and training.
There were also lots of opportunities to speak at seminars, conferences and Bible colleges in different parts of the Philippines.
Matt came back to England in 2014 and began working with Trinity Baptist Church, Gloucester the following year.
