This is a brilliant book answering vital question as to how God communicates his will to us.

The authors highlight cases of people prone to telling you who you are to marry, or whatever else may be on their agenda. From there they take us into a clear study of what God has done for us, so that we may know him and his will for our lives.

The Bible shows us that God speaks by his Holy Spirit through his Word. The authors say that they wanted to write a book ‘small enough to fit in your pocket and read in a single evening — something simple enough for any believer to read. We wanted it to be fun too’.

Without doubt, they have achieved their aims, without being simplistic. They take us through five topics we need to grasp: God, Jesus, Bible, Spirit — all of which are compelling studies that lead us to ask, ‘So what?’

This book ought to be on the shelf of anyone who wants to clearly think through what God has done to lead us into his purposes for our lives. IVP have served us well in publishing this title.
