Four Palestinian Christians lost their lives when a terrorist car bomb exploded near the Notre Dame church in Palestine Street, in Iraq. The blast wounded 21 people, fifteen of whom were professing Christians.

During a bloody month for Christians in this war-torn country, at least eleven other people were wounded in explosions at other churches across Iraq’s urban centres, as US forces started to withdraw.
