Dr James Innell Packer (1926–2020) was an evangelical Anglican minister, theologian, and prolific author who spent the latter half of his life in Canada, from 1996 to 2016 as Professor of Theology at Regent College in Vancouver, British Columbia. He was an editor for the English Standard Version of the Bible.
