8 ways your church should respond to the transgender agenda

In the last edition of ET, I examined the transgender agenda. What is it? Where did it come from? Where is it heading? This time I ask, how should churches respond? I suggest there are at least eight things we must do. 1. We need to provide biblical teaching about God’s good purpose in creating men and women. Our congregations need to be equipped to respond to the demands for ‘transgender rights’ with scriptural truth. The transsexual maintains that their felt ‘gender’ overrides biological reality. Society – Six-year-olds made to write gay love letters

BBC Manchester filmed a school teacher in Warrington, Cheshire, instructing her class of six-year-old pupils to write gay love letters, and posted the video on its Facebook page, sparking a social media storm. She discovered the school had referred the matter to the NHS Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service, where a psychologist diagnosed the girl with early signs of depression. However, the girl was...

According to Professor Gary Butler, clinical lead at the UK Gender Identity Development service, only ‘one child born in every 20,000’ experiences transsexual feelings. He made the comments during a debate on BBC Radio 4’s Today programme, in which concerns were raised over the disproportionate media coverage and government-led push of transsexual ideology, given the rarity of gender questioning among children. During the debate, Lord Robert Winston, emeritus professor of fertility studies at Imperial College London, warned that scientists don’t understand...
