Pink’s health began to decline in 1949, but he persevered with his Bible study, refusing to take any medicines that would interfere with his mental clarity. He died on 15 July 1952, leaving enough content for Studies in the Scriptures to keep it in publication for another year and a half. His wife survived him by ten years.
