Paganism and witchcraft are on the rise in Australia, according to the latest census results.

According to the data, 33,148 people wrote on their census forms that they were affiliated to, or a member of, a nature religion, also known as paganism.

Beliefs include Wiccan (witchcraft), Druidism, and Animism. As reported in The Conversation, this marked a significant rise over the past 30 years.
