A Chilean Court has unanimously upheld a family’s right to educational freedom in a landmark home schooling case.
Teenager José Antonio Widow Aldunate sought justice after his high-school diploma was rejected, barring him from university acceptance.
He had been home schooled, participating remotely in a US-based home schooling programme from Marble Falls Academy. The Texas-based school works in partnership with the Argentinian Mare Verum Academy.
