Last October, around 170 people attended a public meeting on Christian Education in Newtownabbey near Belfast.
Revd Kenneth Stewart (Stornoway RPC) gave a compelling address, outlining his own experience of coming from the position that Christian education is 'unnecessary, divisive and a little bit strange' to believing that it is 'vitally important'.
