The Christian Legal Centre has been helping Christians in the British Virgin Islands (BVI) in a case where same-sex marriage could be forced on the small territory.

In July, a same-sex couple brought a test case arguing that because they are married under UK law, the BVI must also consider them married.

The couple also claimed they have a constitutional right to be married, despite the law itself saying otherwise.

They have also asked the BVI Court for an order that the laws relating to marriage be modified to bring them into conformity with the BVI constitution.
