Calvin: the DVD

A new DVD of Calvin’s life and ministry has been produced by the Reformed Presbyterian Church of Ireland, in conjunction with Spinnaker Films.

The DVD aims to commemorate the 500th anniversary of his birth. In the DVD, several reformed ministers from around the world give insights into Calvin’s early life and training, and set out clearly those doctrines which he rediscovered and which gained for him the reputation of being the theologian of the Protestant Reformation.

These interviews were directed and edited by producer James McClelland, who also wove in scenes of Geneva. Copies of the DVD (£12.99) are available from the Covenanter Book Centre, Knockbracken (www.rpc.org).
