Christian communities across Nigeria are defending themselves against Islamist attacks, using the same technology that jihadists and militias have been using for two years. 

The technology? Billionaire tech mogul Elon Musk’s Starlink, with its high-speed satellite communications capabilities and relative ease of installation in even the most remote areas.

Barnabas Aid’s partners on the ground in Nigeria are using Starlink to connect and protect Christians against increasing Islamist and Fulani attacks on mostly rural communities.
