Ruth Goodridge is in glory after a short battle with cancer. Her life's work was spent illustrating Christian teaching materials for children, published by Mayflower Christian Bookshop in Southampton.
Ruth was the third child of David Fountain, formerly pastor of Spring Road Evangelical Church, and his wife Frances. David wrote books about Isaac Watts, Lord Radstock, and others – with Ruth creating the cover artwork.
