Laying down their farm tools in favour of knives, forks, and a cooked breakfast, over 50 farmers gathered in Kirby Lonsdale in Cumbria at the end of last year for a ‘Farmers Fry-up’.
That said, the event aimed to provide more than just food for the body. Organised by Wesley Brewer (of Faith Mission), the annual gathering involves an evangelistic talk once the bacon and eggs have been dispatched.
