Rape charges

A nursery worker has pleaded guilty to the rape of an infant in his care at the Little Stars Nursery in Birmingham. Paul Anthony Wilson told Birmingham Crown Court that he admitted the two rape charges, after police found images of the abuse.
The 20-year-old also pleaded guilty to offences that related to grooming young girls on the internet and distributing indecent images. He also admitted 45 charges of making and distributing indecent images and inciting youngsters to engage in sexual activity on the internet.
According to the BBC, he has been warned he faces an indeterminate jail sentence when he returns to court on 27 July. Judge William Davis QC said the public had to be protected from him.
