A creative use of theology, coupled with panentheistic beliefs about God, has been observed among Christian climate activists, new research has revealed.

Panenthism is the belief that God is part of creation, and it differs from traditional Christian theology which teaches that God is distinct from creation.

Researchers worked with six Christian climate organisations, including CAFOD, Christian Climate Action, and Operation Noah.
