The year 2023 marked the centenary of the publication of J. Gresham Machen’s classic, Christianity and Liberalism. To mark the anniversary, the Christian Heritage Centre at Rowley Regis arranged a lecture last October.
Roland Burrows explained why the book has an abiding relevance, namely because theological liberalism (an aberration of true Christianity) has never really gone away. Its effects can be seen in dying and dead churches.
