Civil servants at the Scottish Government have reportedly been left uncomfortable after a male colleague who identifies as non-binary attended a training session wearing a dress, cat ears, and a tail.

The incident is reported to have taken place at Victoria Quay, the Scottish Government’s headquarters in Edinburgh.

The claim first emerged on social media, where an individual said a friend working for the Scottish Government had seen the employee attending a training session dressed as a cat.
