Long-awaited guidance from the government about protecting single-sex spaces will not apply to workplaces, the government's equalities minister has said.

The admission came in a meeting between Christian nurse Jennifer Melle and Minister for Women and Equalities, the Rt Hon. Bridget Phillipson.
