Canon Mike Pilavachi, the charismatic Associate Pastor of the ‘Soul Survivor Watford’ church, has stepped back from his role following allegations of misconduct.
He is the founder of Soul Survivor, a popular charismatic youth festival that ran from 1993 until 2019, which attracted more than 30,000 people a year at its peak.
According to reports in The Daily Telegraph, allegations have been made against Pilavachi relating to him engaging in full-body massages and wrestling matches with young men.
