In April, over 50 people met at Stroud Congregational Church for the second Stroud Conference. The title for the event was ‘The greatest things on earth’.
Sadly, Stuart Olyott (scheduled to be with us for the two days) was taken ill and could not attend. Two other speakers ably filled in.
Mark Fitzpatrick (Arann Reformed Baptist Church, Dublin) took us to 1 Corinthians 1. He showed that the preaching of the cross is ‘the greatest message on Earth’.
