European human rights judges have said they won't hear the appeal of Swedish Christian parents who had their two eldest daughters removed by the authorities.
The court has ruled that the case, brought by Christian parents Daniel and Bianca Samson, is inadmissible because they have not yet exhausted all legal options in Sweden.
The daughters were taken into government care and separated from each other as well as their parents, following accusations of religious indoctrination.
One of the girls falsely complained to her school that her father and mother wouldn't allow her to have a smartphone or makeup.
