I will be taking part in an online webinar tomorrow (Thursday 22 October), to discuss the government’s draft bill to ban conversion practices. This bill has the capacity to criminalise pastors and parents who hold to biblical beliefs about sexuality and gender identity.
The webinar has been organised by The Christian Institute, and is supported by us here at the Evangelical Times, the 'Let Us Pray' group, and the 'Greater Love' group. The draft bill is currently undergoing pre-legislative scrutiny. A Joint Committee of MPs and Peers are seeking evidence from the public. Your help is needed to ensure the Committee understands just how unwanted and dangerous these proposals are. The webinar will explain the issues and how you can take part. Please watch if you can.
